Make a large portfolio manageable

Thousands of properties should not mean thousands of manual investigations.

Housing teams receive readings, reports, alerts and inspection outcomes. EnvIQ continuously organises that information and surfaces the homes requiring human attention.

Connected resident experience

Clear guidance for residents. Better information for housing teams.

Residents see a short, practical next step without needing to interpret environmental data. Housing teams can see what guidance was available, whether conditions changed and when follow-up is needed.

Current responsibilities in England

Damp and mould must be taken seriously—and acted on.

Awaab's Law has applied to social housing in England since 27 October 2025. It sets firm timeframes for emergency hazards and significant damp-and-mould hazards. Other duties under housing law continue to apply across rented homes.

01

Housing Act 2004

Damp and mould are included within the HHSRS assessment of housing hazards, including the most serious category 1 hazards.

Safe and fit homes

Landlord and fitness-for-habitation duties require rented homes to remain safe, maintained and fit for people to live in.

How EnvIQ helps

Monitoring, resident guidance, investigations and follow-up stay connected so teams can identify concerns and maintain a clear record of action.

Legal information is a concise overview for England, not legal advice. EnvIQ supports housing workflows but does not itself determine legal compliance.

Measured insight, not assumptions.

Built for proportionate, traceable professional decision-making across occupied homes.

  • Measurements stay separate from interpretation
  • Unsupported building diagnoses are not presented as fact
  • Resident-safe, non-blaming language
  • Role-based access to authorised property information
  • Guidance, investigations and outcomes remain connected
  • An auditable property history supports professional review
