Necessary cookies support requested features. Optional Google Analytics and EnvIQ enquiry analytics run only after you accept them.

Cookies are small text records stored by your browser. Some are necessary to remember a requested action or keep an account secure. Others help an organisation understand how its website is used.
Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent you from browsing the site or using the checker. Blocking necessary cookies in your browser may stop sign-in or requested tool features from working.
The cookie panel offers equally available accept and reject choices. Google Analytics is not loaded, and no optional Google collection request is sent, before your updated acceptance. Earlier acceptance of first-party-only analytics does not authorise Google Analytics; you will be offered a new choice. An earlier rejection remains respected.
Use Cookie settings on a public page to stop optional analytics and reopen your choices. Withdrawal stops future Google page views and removes this site's Google and EnvIQ acquisition cookies. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent browsing, enquiries or requested checker features.
enviq_cookie_consent remembers your accept or reject choice for six months. enviq_google_analytics_consent remembers which Google Analytics notice you accepted for six months; it contains a fixed notice version, not a visitor identifier.
enviq_free_risk_check_session keeps one checker journey together for one hour. enviq_free_risk_check_draft keeps the conditions entered for 30 minutes so a preview and result can be produced. enviq_free_risk_check_unlocked remembers an unlocked result for 30 minutes.
Authentication and security cookies may be set when an authorised platform user signs in. They maintain the requested session, protect accounts and route access correctly; their lifetime follows the authentication session.
If you accept analytics, enviq_acquisition_attribution remembers source page, campaign and call-to-action context for one day. enviq_acquisition_session assigns a random first-party session identifier for 30 days.
We use these cookies to understand aggregate journeys such as checker starts, result unlocks and monitoring enquiries. The analytics record uses a hashed session identifier. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, session replay or browser fingerprinting on the current public site.
After updated acceptance, Google Analytics helps us count visits to published public pages. Its first-party browser cookies use the EnvIQ prefix, such as enviq_ga and enviq_ga_KCFQPWVKJS, with a 30-day lifetime. These identify a browser for measurement; we do not describe this processing as anonymous.
We send the public page's canonical address and a fixed page title, without query strings, fragments or the referring-page address. We do not send enquiry or checker answers, email addresses, activation codes, account identifiers, property details or private platform page addresses. Automatic form, search, click and other enhanced measurement, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled.
Google receives technical information from the browser and network connection, including information used to deliver the service and derive general location. Google may process information outside the United Kingdom. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser. Browser controls operate separately from the EnvIQ preference panel and may affect necessary features. Blocking analytics means visitor totals are incomplete; a zero in a tracking report does not prove that nobody visited.
