The detail
Residents can see current room conditions, indoor and outdoor context, practical guidance, shared reports and in-platform alerts in one clear view. Optional 7-day condensation-plan progress appears when that additional support is active. Provider-only evidence and internal notes stay outside the resident experience.
Teams can view the properties available to their organisation, use Property Priority and supporting property-health evidence to understand why a home is in the review queue, follow active plans and concerns, and open the next recommended team action.
Current conditions, resident concerns, optional plan progress, check-ins, maintenance barriers and outcomes remain connected to the property case rather than scattered across visits and inboxes. Each role sees the information appropriate to it.
EnvIQ uses neutral language, shows evidence confidence and makes limitations visible. It supports professional judgement instead of presenting a sensor reading as a diagnosis.
Clear limitations
EnvIQ provides environmental evidence and indicators to support decisions. It does not, by itself, diagnose a building defect or replace an appropriate professional inspection.
