Resident support

Clear guidance without surveillance or blame.

EnvIQ helps residents understand ongoing room conditions, receive practical guidance and in-platform alerts, report concerns and open shared reports. An optional condition-relevant 7-day plan is available as additional condensation support where suitable.

The detail

Evidence that leads to a clearer next step.

01

Supportive by design

Current guidance explains what may help and why, using available indoor and outdoor evidence without assigning fault. Residents can also report condensation in the platform and identify the affected room.

02

Optional support both sides can follow

Where a reported concern is suitable for an optional 7-day plan, residents see a practical daily step and a simple check-in. EnvIQ compares progress with the previous seven days, while the property team can follow the plan and sees a property-review recommendation when conditions do not clearly improve. Check-ins can record whether a broken extractor, heating problem or another barrier prevented improvement.

03

Reports and in-platform alerts

Residents can open tenant-safe reports once the property team has prepared and shared them. Current guidance, plan states and important follow-up are shown inside the EnvIQ platform; this does not imply text-message, email or push-notification delivery.

04

Responsible monitoring

EnvIQ is designed for property-health evidence, not surveillance. Access is role-controlled, provider-only evidence and internal notes are not shown in the resident view, and public marketing never exposes resident, property or device information.

Clear limitations

Evidence supports judgement—it does not replace it.

EnvIQ provides environmental evidence and indicators to support decisions. It does not, by itself, diagnose a building defect or replace an appropriate professional inspection.
