How EnvIQ works

Monitor. Interpret. Act. Review.

A simple journey turns changing environmental conditions into evidence that property teams and residents can understand and use.

The detail

Evidence that leads to a clearer next step.

01

1. Monitor

Configured sensors provide regular room-level temperature, relative humidity and, where supported, carbon-dioxide readings. Outdoor context helps explain what practical options may be available.

02

2. Interpret

EnvIQ considers trends, dew point, moisture relationships, room differences and persistence. It distinguishes a short-lived event from a repeated pattern that may need review.

03

3. Support action

Residents see current, practical guidance based on the available indoor and outdoor evidence. When a reported condensation concern is suitable for additional structured support, an optional condition-relevant 7-day plan can provide a daily step, an explanation and a simple check-in.

04

4. Review outcomes

Ongoing monitoring helps residents and property teams see whether conditions change. Where an optional plan is active, EnvIQ compares progress with the previous seven days and can show the property team a review recommendation when conditions do not clearly improve. Evidence and action history remain connected for further review.

Clear limitations

Evidence supports judgement—it does not replace it.

EnvIQ provides environmental evidence and indicators to support decisions. It does not, by itself, diagnose a building defect or replace an appropriate professional inspection.
