Housing providers

See which authorised properties need attention first.

The EnvIQ housing-provider dashboard brings the properties available to an organisation into one portfolio view, using Property Priority and supporting property-health evidence to explain review reasons and the next useful team action.

The detail

Evidence that leads to a clearer next step.

01

A portfolio overview for the organisation

Teams can see the properties their account is authorised to access, along with current priorities, open concerns, active monitored plans, available reports and monitoring checks. EnvIQ does not expose properties outside that authorised scope.

02

Property Priority with reasons

Property Priority considers current status, repeated environmental patterns, evidence freshness, concerns and active plans. The dashboard keeps the priority level, supporting reasons and recommended team action together; it is not a generic property-health score or a diagnosis.

03

From review queue to property action

Properties needing attention are ordered in a review queue. A team member can open the property case, review current and historical evidence, follow resident-plan progress and concerns, and decide the proportionate next action.

04

Role-controlled evidence and reports

Property and portfolio reports, action history and team evidence remain available to authorised roles. Resident-safe reports are prepared and shared separately so internal notes and provider-only evidence are not exposed.

Clear limitations

Evidence supports judgement—it does not replace it.

EnvIQ provides environmental evidence and indicators to support decisions. It does not, by itself, diagnose a building defect or replace an appropriate professional inspection.
